RETURN POLICY

Warranty

iLand Group Inc offers a 60 day warranty on all parts and accessories purchased from our website. This warranty applies to all part defects. Part tampering and/or damage void eligibility.

Examples of Part Tampering:

  1. Changing of any components

  2. Removing of any components

  3. Application of additional components

Examples of Damages:

  1. Bent Flex Cables

  2. Torn / Ripped Flex Cables

  3. Pressure Marks

  4. Physical Damage

 

Return Policy

We offer a 60 return policy on all parts purchased through our website. To begin a return please contact us with details and we will instruct you. All our phone parts are marked with our stamp or sticker.

 

Tampered, damaged, and parts marked without any company insignia's are not covered by our returns policy.  

 - NO EXCEPTIONS! -

All return shipments must be delivered within the return policy dates. The delivered date can be verified by viewing the package tracking. Customers are liable to pay for all return shipping postage and costs. It is recommended that customers insure all return packages. We will not accept returns shipments with “Due Postage.” 

The customer claims 100% responsibility of correctly packaging and insuring that products being returned are not damaged during the shipment. Items damaged from return shipping are not covered under our warranty and return policy. We encourage all customers to add insurance and tracking to all returned shipments.

All returned items in their original condition are eligible for store credit or replacement. The store credit amount will reflect on the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower. Products returned in a used or non-original condition are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

 

We do not accept returns past 61 days.

Shipping Fee Refunds

Shipping Fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. If on an order the customer has qualified for free outbound shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.

When do we refund outbound shipping?

  • products received with shipping damages

  • incorrect parts shipped to customer

  • products were non-functional upon reception by customer (determined by iLand Group Inc Inspection Team upon return reception)

Shipping Damages

Customers are to report all shipping related damages within 5 business days of the shipping carrier delivery date.  All damaged items must be photographed and emailed to our support team; Support@iLand

The product must be physically mailed back to our facility. Once received and inspected by our Returns Department, if the damages are found to be shipping related, appropriate shipping and purchase cost reimbursement will be issued via store credit or product replacement.

Store Credit Vouchers are:

  • valid for 90 days after the date issued.

  • non-transferable, only can be used by the customer they were originally used to.

  • non-exchangeable

  • not refundable for any cash value, cash, credit or paypal.

Policy Abuse:

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.

 

iLand Group Inc reserves the right to change all policies without any notice at any time.
